Royal Orchid Golden Suites Pune ★★★★

Breakfast was decent. the room was big. The staff was courteous.

The bed room was cramped. Bathroom was okay. The internal phones didn't work properly. Bedside table was broken.

The suite was quite big. The bed was quite large and comfortable. The sitting arrangement with a suitable sized TV for viewing was good. Regular hot water supply was great. The microwave in the kitchenet was a surprise and so was the cutlery.

The location was near a dumping site alongside a heavily polluted nallah, which was visible from the window. Didn't like the view. The roar of the bikes in the still of the night was very disturbing. Couldn't sleep comfortably. The lighting arrangement should have been bright. Some more ready to make tea and coffee preparation kits like sugar & milk pouches should have been provided. The kitchenet should be provided with instant noodle/pasta, instant soup pouches, etc. for its utilization, otherwise its a wastage for the guest, as was with my case. Two plastic chairs in the balcony should be kept. More cloth hangers should be provided. Hand towels should have been provided. For the price paid, tooth brush kits and shaving kits should have been provided.

Location and Ease of getting there central business district and a known porperty

It seems to have been left to the staff whose commitment to hospitality over the years seems to be wavering. The really is evident at the check in, with the variety of food and eye to detail at the restaurant, at housekeeping in the room, the rooms which is needing a returb and even the check out

The Room was specious. The staff in the restaurant was very much service oriented.

The service wasn't upto the mark. From my room I couldn't dial 6 for Housekeeping. Dinner wasn't having much options & taste was not so good.

The location is good, close enough to Viman Nagar where I was visiting.

Signage leading to the property could have been better.

Duty Manager Shubham was very good, courteous and helpful.

Adding small polythelene bag in the trash box would have made cleaning and garbage clearance lot easier.

The reception guy Shubham was very helpful I would give him 10/ 10

The room had a balcony overlooking the open area. The room was spacious.

Ventilation in the room is not adequate. Only half part of the bed getting AC and half part was without any AC and fan. Couldn't sleep properly at night

Is the old property of Royal Orchid, but is maintained very nicely. The location is great. The staff is very co-operative.

Location - not very far from the airport

Bathroom - not clean as in the grout in the shower was blackish but the staff was very nice & cleaned it to my satisfaction.

Spacious room.

My bathroom was smelling. The room wasn’t up to mark. It was fairly dusty and stained bedsheets.

Size of the room.

Food wasn't great. TV and DTH was very difficult to use. Ended up watching stuff in my laptop and phone inspite of having a 40inch smart TV in the room

Ambience is good.. very comfort.. this was our second visit..

Food taste was ok.. need improvement. Washroom needs to be renovated

Rooms are specious and perfectly maintained.

They attached 2 different beds. No queen or king bed available. Difficult for a family to sleep on the same.

It was indeed good breakfast with more variety. Taste and hiegiene were taken care.

reminder for cleaning of the room & Washroom. May be short staffed.
